In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Buz Yazılım as the data controller within the scope described below. This notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK and the related regulations on fulfilling the disclosure obligation.

To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad
To request correction of personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately
To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK

6. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purposes and the statute of limitations prescribed by relevant legislation. Contact form data is kept for a maximum of 2 years, and career application data for a maximum of 1 year. At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.
